1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window (starting from the day you receive the item). If you're not satisfied with your travel pillow purchase, you can return it within this period for a refund.
- For quality issues, defects, damage, or items not as described: Return shipping costs are covered by us.
- For returns due to customer reasons (e.g. not liked, size issue, etc.): Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Return Process
Please follow these steps to process a return:
- Contact Support: Please reach out to us via email at support@theboovy.com with your order number, return reason, and, if the product is defective or damaged, include photos or videos as evidence.
- Return Instructions: We will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
- Return the Item: Return the item according to the instructions, ensuring the product is in its original condition and packaging.
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3 to 14 business days (in some cases, up to 20 business days). The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
